PENGARUH MODEL TES TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKAN TINGKAT KESUKARAN TES . INA777A

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model tes terhadap motivasi belajar matematika dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kesukaran tes, serta setelah dikendalikannya kovariabel inteligensi.  Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2 .
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan power test lebih tinggi daripada  pembelajaran dengan speed test. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara model tes dengan tingkat kesukaran tes dalam pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar matematika. Untuk tes kelompok sukar,  motivasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan power test lebih tinggi daripada motivasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan speed test, sebaliknya untuk kelompok tes mudah, motivasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan speed test lebih tinggi daripada motivasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan power test. 
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model power test dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa. Agar diperoleh motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi maka tingkat kesukaran tes harus dipertimbangkan.

therefore a lot disconnection of working relationship that caused increasing unemployment happened.
Enabling informal sector especially cloister merchant is hardly needed. The problem of cloister merchant
is an interesting topic to study. This research is aimed to describe the cloister merchant motivations,
managerial skill, and the performance of cloister merchant work to manage their business. Analyzing
contribution of willing to achieve, risk taking, personal responsibility, searching feedback, new business
effort, cooperation, future orientation, willing to work hard indicators. Analyzing contribution of planning

ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ATASAN BAWAHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA. INA05AM

The thesis was purposed to know the effects of communication and motivation fac on performance in PT BPD Central Java of Surakarta branch and what is the dominant faktor affecting employee’s performance. The result of the analysis showed that performance was affected by 29 constant value unit plus 0,366 variable value unit of communication plus 0,154 value unit motivation. The natural logarithm result, the performance was affected by 1,677 variable constant value unit plus 0,417 variable value unit of Ln communication plus 0,173 value unit motivations. In discussion, t-estimation value for communication was significant at 5% and t-estimation value motivation for motivation was significant at 5%, each variable had value of 0,366 and 0m154 for model without natural logarithm and 0,417 and 0,173 for the model with natural logarithm. So, it can be concluded that both communication and motivation were affecting significant on performance or working achievement of PT Bank BPD Jateng Branch of Surakarta.

Pengaruh Kesesuaian Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai : INA 21056380

The purpose of this research are: (I) to find out the effect offit competency andjob mo:ivation simultaneously toward the performance of local government secretariat in Malang, (2) To find out the effect offit competency andjob motivation partially toward the performance of local government secretariat in Malang, and (3) To know which of the two variabel has the dominant effect toward the perjormance of local government secretariat in Malang. This reseach conclude that the r value is 0.754 which show that the two independent variables are related to the dependent variable. From linear regression analysis it is concluded that with R2 =
0.568, only 56.8% of independent variable is explain by the dependent variable3. It rs also concluded thatjob motivation is the dominant variable of the two independent variables.
