Leader-Member Exchange (LUY) refers to closeness of social relationships behveen superordinate and its subordinates. Structural equation modeling was enlployed to analyze variables investigated Re-search jindings revealed that LMX has signijicant direct effect to job satisfaction, and then job satisfaction has signijkanf direct effect to organizational commitment, andfinally LMXhas sig-nijicant indirect effect to organizational commitment.
