The purpose of this research is: (I) To analyze the effect of job description and training simultaneously toward the performance of family planning field officer in malang, (2) to analyze the effect of job description and training individually toward the performance of family planning officer in Malang, and (3) To analyze which of the two variable that has dominant effect toward the performance of family planning officer in Malang. The hypothesis for this research are ( I ) The effect ofjob description and training simultaneously toward the performance of family planning field officer in malang is signifcant, (2) the effect of job description and training individually toward the performance of family planning officer in Malang is significant, and (3) Training is the dominant variable effecting the performance of family planning officer. The conclusion of this research shows that all hypothesis are accepted
